Not eligible for return or exchange:
• Change-of-mind returns (including but not limited to engagement rings, ceremonial rings, fine jewellery, loose stones, and sale items).
• All fully customised pieces.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage.
• Incorrect ring size provided by the customer.
• Refund requests not related to product quality.
• Quality issues that can be reasonably repaired.
• Gift cards.
Duties & Import Taxes:
For international orders outside Australia, import duties or taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Lümé Jewelleries will not issue refunds for any parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes.
Redelivery costs in such cases will be covered by the customer.

Eligible for exchange:
All Ready To Wear rings can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.
All return and exchange requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable protections under Australian Consumer Law
